Application & Purpose작품의 목적

Reading nuclear activity from satellite imagery rests on a handful of analysts — 256 of the imagery readings gathered here come from four groups. This work collects what they have already published, writes down the grounds they judge on, and aims them at more material than any one analyst can read. The same reasoning is then open to non-specialists.

Claude Opus 5 orchestrates. Through OpenRouter, Llama and DeepSeek read each analyst report into a fixed schema; DeepSeek and Gemini audit it. No model is trained: analysts set the criteria, the system decides which grade applies where, and counts.

The reference list came first, built from what analysts already publish: eight fuel-cycle processes, twenty-two observable signs, and for eleven of them a written entry giving what the sign looks like, when it is visible, what it confirms and what it can be confused with. Five entries cite the reading they came from — steam over the reprocessing hall in 2016, discharge at the 5MWe reactor in 2021. Every observation must name a building and a sign already on that list, or it does not enter; the 648 phrases that could not be placed are waiting, and working through them is how the list grows.

What is written down can be argued with; what stays in an analyst's head cannot. Warm water at an outfall counts as strong evidence because somebody decided it does, and the same entry names pump tests and rainfall as the things it is confused with. The 648 phrases still waiting in the queue measure how much of that judgement is still uncaptured.
